Hosts complete identity verification and connect a bank account through Stripe before their listings go live.

Accurate listings

All listings include real photos and detailed descriptions. If a property doesn't match its listing, we'll help resolve the issue.

Secure messaging

Communicate with hosts through our in-platform messaging. No need to share personal contact details before booking.

Host safety

Guest verification

Guests submit verification before they can view full listing details or book. You'll always know who's requesting to stay.

Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, either party can open a dispute within 72 hours. Our team reviews each case and works toward a fair outcome.

Secure payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. You receive payouts directly to your bank account — no cash, no risk.

Data protection

Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We follow strict data protection practices and never sell your data.

Profile privacy

You control what's visible on your profile. Personal details like your email and phone number are never shown publicly.
